2. Only pre-qualified purchasers will be eligible to participate. These deals go fast, and can be competitive. Contact us today, we’ll help get your financing taken care of, before we start the process.
3. If your concerned about property management, we have a preferred property manager ready to go! They offer fixed rate fees, and will assist in getting your investment rented.
4. We will provide you all the information you need, up front, via our Investor Only offerings. Property specifics, maps, market analysis, rent projections, etc. No pressure, just information. If you want to pursue any of these deals, contact us to get into the home. We will show it to you, and prepare all necessary contracts to make it happen. Once again, you will need to be pre-qualified.
5. We’ll provide pertinent information on the market, property management, investment strategies, finances, etc. via our blog. If you haven’t already, subscribe to our RSS feed, and be updated whenver we post a new Wholesale Property.
There are basically 3 types of people buying these properties
1. Those looking to take advantage of this market and invest in real estate.
a. We have had people buy individually, and form small groups to buy through an LLC. (if you want info on how to do this, please let us know. We are happy to give you any info you’ll need to get started.)
2. Those looking to take advantage of this market and Move into a new home.
a. One caveat, if this is the category you fall in, you must be willing to keep your current home as an investment. These deals can NOT be contingent upon the sale of a property.
3. First Time Homebuyer’s
a. This is the best time in over 20 years to buy your first home. We have special mortgage arrangements such that the first time home owner, can purchase with little or no money down!
