The Get Home Denver Team operates much like other professionals you hire. We have highly trained, and specialized individuals to take care of every aspect of your real estate transaction.
The thought is to use similar procedures and methods a Doctor or Dentist might use to take care of you. You walk in and are greeted by a staff member who checks you in, and makes any follow up appoints when you leave. A hygenist gets you prepped and ready to go, cleans your teeth, etc. And the Dentist takes care of the toothache, fillings and root canals.
It’s an efficient system that delivers better services than a single practitioner could. Imagine if your Dentist greeted you at the door, scheduled all your appointments, did all the teeth cleanings in addition to handling all the accounts receivable, dealing with the insurance companies, etc. It wouldn’t leave much time to do the dental work you need!
Additionally, if you ask most dentists they will tell you they are not very good at all the other “jobs” that go along with running a dental practice. A hygenist who cleans teeth every day is usually much better at the job than the dentist who employs them!
With this said, most Real Estate agents are solo practioners with no help or division of duties. They handle each of the many tasks a REALTOR must do on a daily basis, and are spread so thin they can’t possibly do any of them well.
