Ari,

The purpose of an open house is to direct more traffic into the home, which will increase the chance of the right buyers seeing the property. It is also a way to get direct feedback as to the positive and negative features of the home. It's important to listen to the comments, and make changes when appropriate. There is no magic formula for how often or how many, but nice weather will certainly produce more activity!

How many open houses do you recommend and how often? Should you have an open house every week, why/why not. thanks.
